Deposit
A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total rental is due at time of reservation.
Refunds
If you are unable
to honor your reservation deposits will be refunded less processing fees according to the following schedule:
- Cabins Non-Holidays:
14 days prior to the start of your reservation.

Cabins Holidays: 30 days prior to the start of your reservation.

RV Sites Non-Holidays: 7 days prior to the start of your reservation.

Sites Holidays: 14 days prior to the start of your reservation.
Loss of Rental
You will be charged the full amount of
your rental agreement for cancellations according to the following schedule:

Cabins Non-Holidays: 7 days prior to the start of your reservation.

Cabins Holidays: 14 days prior to the start of your reservation.

RV Sites Non-Holidays: 5 days prior to the start of your reservation.

RV Sites Holidays: 10 days prior to the start of your reservation.
$25 processing fee per cabin for all cancelled reservations.
$15 processing fee for all cancelled RV sites
