  • Weekend Rates apply for Christmas and New Years week (Dec 19 - Jan 1) New Year's is 3 night minimum.
  • Rates are for 2 night stays.
  • Deposit of 50% is required for reservation. 
  • 1 night stays are permitted during non-holiday weeks for winter season but incur $20 additional fee
  • Pet Fee $10/pet
  • Boat Slip $15/night 
  • Damage/Cleaning deposit of $100 ($200 for Overlook/Mariner/Northside/Angler) held against credit card imprint at check-in.  Deposit not run against the card if cabins are fully cleaned and no damage.  See rules and regulations for cleaning requirements.  Cabins with washer/dryer (Northside,Overlook, Mariner, and Angler) require linens and towels that are used be washed prior to departure.
  • Adverse Winter Weather.  In the case of adverse winter weather such as ice, snow, extreme cold conditions, North Side allows to reschedule your stay without penalty up to 8 weeks.
